This multi-joint robotic bag breaking and feeding equipment integrates automatic pallet depalletizing, automatic bag cutting and fully enclosed dust-free feeding, suitable for large and medium-sized high-output automatic production lines.

The unit is equipped with a 4-axis multi-joint robotic arm mounted on a column base, capable of 360° full rotation with a wide working radius and stable material transfer. Main model ER-180-3100 specifications:

Fitted with a 3D vision camera, the system automatically identifies skewed, deformed and misaligned bags and independently plans grabbing paths with zero manual operation required.

Flexible Gripping to Prevent Bag Damage and Material Leakage

Two gripping options are available: vacuum suction cups or flexible grippers, compatible with 20–50 kg woven bags, paper bags and composite film bags. The buffer shock-absorbing design avoids bag rupture and raw material leakage.

Fully Enclosed Dust-Free Feeding to Meet Environmental Standards

Equipped with high-speed rotary cutting blades and vibrating material screening mechanisms, the robotic arm flips and shakes bags for thorough discharging with ultra-low material residue. The fully sealed feeding bin is matched with a pulse negative-pressure dust removal system to eliminate dust leakage, complying with environmental protection and occupational health standards. Empty waste bags are automatically collected.

Seamless Connection to Entire Production Line for 24-Hour Unattended Operation

It can be matched with automatic pallet roller conveyor lines, and the rear end can be directly connected to reaction kettles, mixers, screw conveyors, storage tanks and other equipment to achieve all-day continuous automatic production.
