Palletizing robot

The ABB palletizing robot automatic palletizing system is a new generation independently developed by our company, mainly based on robot technology. It adopts one or more robots and cooperates with related technical equipment such as conveying equipment and sorting equipment to achieve palletizing of cardboard boxes. The entire system integrates three functions: product conveying, product shaping, and product stacking. It has a compact structure, high integration, and small footprint.

The ABB palletizing robot system adopts various advanced technologies such as high-speed automatic sorting, infrared (wireless) communication, barcode (visual) detection, etc., to achieve information data collection, tracking, and dynamic material allocation under the control of a computer scheduling management system. By using robots and fixtures mounted on the robots, products are classified and stacked according to batch numbers or specifications, and finally the finished products are transported to the warehouse by conveyor equipment. By flexibly and conveniently adjusting the position and height of the fixture, the adaptability of the system is greatly improved. Through formula management, the changeover time of production lines and equipment has been greatly shortened, and the operational efficiency of equipment has been improved. The entire ABB palletizing robot system has the characteristics of high automation, high safety, and strong flexibility.

The ABB palletizing robot system can achieve fully automated operation under the control of the control system and scheduling system, realizing centralized palletizing of multiple product boxes with different specifications.
